FDR and FWE are statistical corrections. You can't apply them to non-statistical images. Please use the spmT_0001.img image instead.

Also, if you want to see the anatomical boundaries, you need to load the anatomical atlas as an overlay in FIVE as well.

Dear Dr McLaren,

Thanks for your reply. I have installed FIVE into SPM Toolbox. It's working with atlas.
But when I tried to overlay results (eg con_0001.img) onto the brain map, I couldn't click FDR or FWE correction because it will cause loads of error messages in the command window.
Is there a possible way to check anatomical boundaries together with activation results in place?
Thanks in advance.

Best,
Andy

Load the wfu_pickatlas region labels into a viewer. For example, you could load aal_MNI_V4.img into FIVE (Functional Image Visualization Environment) and see the region borders and locations. You can do this for any atlas.

Hi everyone,

I would like to know if there're any convenient softwares/SPM extensions that I can use to identify the boundaries of every single anatomical landmarks.

For example, I can enter the activated voxel MNI coordinates into wfupickatlas to check its corresponding region, but I can't know where the border of that particular region lies.

Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.

Best,
Andy
