Dear SPM’ers

I am doing structural VBM-analyses with SPM8 (matlab 2013a). I have designed a full factorial with 3 factors (group and presence or not of 2 different autoantibodies), all with 2 levels. In the “Full factorial” paragraph of the SPM-manual I find that “SPM will also automatically generate the contrasts necessary to test for all main effects and interactions”. However, I can’t find these automatically generated contrasts in the SPM contrast manager. Do I look the wrong place, or have I done something wrong in establishing the model (the design matrix looks fine to me).
