Hi SPM Experts,

I'm running first level analyses within an ROI and am getting an error for
just a few of my 155 subjects.

I've run first level analyses on the same data before (without specifying
an ROI), and have never gotten this kind of error, or an error that comes
up for only some of my subjects but not others.

The error looks like this:

*Chunk 10/10 ...processing*
*Failed 'Model estimation'*
*Error using spm_est_non_sphericity (line 196)*
*Please check your data: There are no significant voxels.*
*In file "/Applications/Matlab/spm12b/spm_est_non_sphericity.m" (v4940),
function "spm_est_non_sphericity" at line 196.*
*In file "/Applications/Matlab/spm12b/spm_spm.m" (v5489), function
"spm_spm" at line 418.*
*In file "/Applications/Matlab/spm12b/config/spm_run_fmri_est.m" (v5008),
function "spm_run_fmri_est" at line 33.*

*No executable modules, but still unresolved dependencies or incomplete
module inputs.*
*The following modules did not run:*
*Failed: Model estimation*
*Skipped: Contrast Manager*
*Skipped: Results Report*

The line that is referenced (line 196" of "spm_est_non_sphericity") is: *"*
error('Please check your data: There are no significant voxels.')"

If anyone has any idea what could be causing this or how I could fix it, I
would really appreciate your help.

Thanks so much!

-Victoria
