Hi Ian,

maybe it was just me (but I don't think so...) but the Palgrave website didn't ask me for a discount code at any point in the ordering process. I've emailed them, and expect that they will put it right for my order, but just thought you ought to know that they've given you some inaccurate info! I ordered from the UK website by the way.

Subject: New book price update

Dear all

Many thanks to everyone who contacted me with good wishes yesterday - really nice of you!

Good news for those of you in the US - the price of the book on the Palgrave website was incorrect and should read $85. With the 20% discount offered to Screenwriting Research Network members, that should bring it down to a more sensible level. Repeating the details:

SRN members can get 20% off this publication. Quote ‘XP356ED’ when ordering the book directly from Palgrave Macmillan to claim your discount.

US members should order it here: http://us.macmillan.com/screenwritingpoeticsandthescreenidea/IanWMacdonald

And UK members here: http://www.palgrave.com/products/title.aspx?pid=570398’

I'm told by Palgrave the code is requested at the end of the ordering process.

Enjoy!

ian
