If you’re an early-stage researcher undertaking an exciting project in science, maths or engineering, why not consider entering the 2014 SET for Britain competition for a chance to win up to £3000?

SET for Britain is an annual poster competition supported by the RSC along with other learned societies. The event aims to encourage and promote early-career scientists and engineers, as well as raising the profile of science and engineering within the Houses of Parliament.

Prizes are awarded in each scientific discipline for posters which best communicate high level science to a lay audience. Finalists will have the opportunity to present their research at the House of Commons Marquee on 17th March 2013.

The closing date for entries is Friday 20th December and details of how to apply are available on the SET for Britain website: www.setforbritain.org.uk.
