Hi Sarah,

Not sure it helps but just in case. Our festival is not exactly the classic science festival.
Pint of Science festival will take place in 45 pubs for 3 nights in London, Cambridge, Oxford, Bristol, Glasgow, York and Manchester.19-21 of May.

Get in touch if you are interested and we will try to find a way to collaborate.

Best,

Michael

3-2-1-Ignition* is a pop up shop - but we also have a portable version that tours

have a look and then give me a call, or an email

Dear psci-commers

I wondered if anyone on the list could share experiences of being involved in developing, presenting or pitching work related activities/events at ‘non-science’ festivals.

We have taken part in several bioethics-themed discussion events at science festivals - e.g. Cheltenham, Edinburgh - which have been very positive. But recently we have been thinking about how we might try some different activities (perhaps in partnership with arts or drama companies, for example) for other sorts of festivals, e.g. Latitude Festival has been suggested.

If anyone has experience in this area or could offer any advice, please do get in touch.

Thanks,

Sarah
