Hi Phoebe,

The WiFi in Science Gallery is tied to the visitor's website account, the
username and password they select when creating an account on
sciencegallery.com is the one they use for the WiFi. We then have an iPad
in a stand at the reception desk where they can sign up in house.

IT were keen that this was in place so we could identify and block visitors
who were abusing the system (spammers, filesharers) which has happened.

It's relatively low overhead for the visitors and has the added bonus that
we can get them to sign up to our mailing lists while they're there
