The seminar will provide an overview of data governance and practical information on the timing, applications and benefits of using better structured and accessible data within your organisation.

Speakers will provide practical information covering data governance implementation and results, with case studies from publishers who have taken the steps to improve their use of data with specific objectives in mind. We'll also be looking outwards, to see how data about our publications is being used by other major stakeholders in our industry - such as funders. Coverage will include the major industry data initiatives that directly affect and can assist publishers.
