Final places remaining ALISS Visit to Royal College of Nursing Library and Heritage Centre 11th November 2-3.30pm ALISS (Association of Librarians and Information professionals in the Social Sciences). http://www.alissnet.org.uk are pleased to announce an opportunity to visit The Royal College of Nursing Library and Heritage Centre which is home to Europe's largest nursing specific collection of materials And has recently developed a new Nursing History centre It is located at 20 Cavendish Square, London W1G 0RN http://www.rcn.org.uk/development/library_and_heritage_services/visit_a_library/library_and_heritage_centre The visit will incorporate a tour of the service, an introduction to electronic services offered by the website and an opportunity to meet staff and here about their work. The visit will last approximately 1.5 hours There is no charge for ALISS Members.
