Bi-lingual business researchers required to establish a research department in London for leading global professional services firm. You will be expected to be fluent in German, French or Spanish.
Our client is a global management firm and a leading advisor on business strategy. They have a wide client base, service offering and strong brand recognition within their field.
After the successful launch of an equivalent Data and Research Services (DRS) centre in the USA last year our client is now establishing a DRS unit in London to service Europe and is recruiting at four levels:
* Associate Researcher
Conduct basic research and synthesis
Work accurately under pressure both collaboratively and alone
You will need problem solving skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task together with an exceptional approach to customer service and some research experience gained within the professional services sector
* Researcher
Evaluate and proactively identify appropriate research approach and resources
Conduct research and synthesise and package results
Coach and support junior colleagues
You will be required to demonstrate a successful track record in business research experience in the professional services sector
* Senior Researcher
Conduct comprehensive general and industry specific research
Collect, summarise and synthesise information into appropriate output
Manage large volume of requests
Develop expertise in specialised research tools, databases and sources
Coach and mentor junior staff
Support Research Team Leader
Partner with consultants to ensure "best in class research function"
You will need substantial research experience in the professional services sector
* Research Team Leader
Lead and develop a team of researchers
Oversee workload, resource deployment and team assignments
Execute complex research requests
Ensure smooth collaboration between DRS and consulting staff
Promote and expand DRS offering
Monitor performance and drive quality assurance and control
You will need to be an experienced manager from a professional services background
For all positions you will need to be an exceptional communicator, effective at multi-tasking and able to thrive under pressure.
