Dear all,
I did a non-liear
registration on my 3d structure images.A strange result was that part of gray
matter was seen as CSF after segmentation.A snapshot can be got from the
attachment.Then I also did affine registration,and the result was the same as
the former one.
I wonder what I can do
to resolve the question.
