Hi, I've been running FSLrandomise on my macbook pro, as well as on a shared computing environment that runs Linux Ubuntu. For the same study setup with the exact the same design (.mat, .con) files, however, the results I got are different on the two platforms. I was wondering what caused this discrepancy?
