Dear all, I am using FSL FIX to "clean" my resting state data. I created my own training data as described in the manual and ran FIX on the rest of my data using this. Everything seems to be fine but I can't tell the difference between the original filtered_func_data in my .ica directory and the filtered_func_data_clean output. I would have expected the cleaned files to be smaller but they are exactly the same size. The fix4melview files seem ok. Is something going wrong here? Best, Anders
