Hi I'm assisting a man about to have his refugee claim assessed by Australian authorities. His family left Palestine in 1948 and have lived in Baghdad since then where he was born. He fled Iraq when Saddam was in power and has been seeking somewhere to live safely since then. While there's plenty of information available about Palestinians who've been living in Iraq, I can't find much that's recent. If anyone knows of an article or report about the current situation for Palestinians in Iraq - ie the situation in 2013 - can you please let me know.
