Hi Elaine, This is a tricksy question which appears to be only accepted if answered as yes. We answered no to this a few weeks back (because an assessment hadn't been carried out during those years for the individual) and were refused as a result. We then had to submit an appeal, stating that we are not responsible for the processes of other schools/institutions. Request was then approved on appeal. Not very helpful for FEIs and time consuming, which is alright, I suppose, as we don't have much else to do with our time ...
