We have C&G e-volve and AAT secure assess on the same machines and have been running them no problems for the last year or so.

 

Our IT have just put the Icons for each exam board on the desk top and the invigilator just pick which ever exam board icon they need for the test they are running.

Thanks, Claire. It could be our IT have dodgily installed it – they tend to blind me with techy stuff. All we know is that we cannot run AAT tests then CG ones on the same PC without having to request IT to ‘make a switch’ which of course they don’t as they’re too busy.

Please can you let me know (perhaps from your IT Support) how you manage to work both City & Guilds and AAT testing on the same PCs. I understand there’s a switch that needs to take place each time the different awarding body tests are required?

Any guidance would be appreciated.
