You need to read the work on the ‘Barriers Scale’. Orginally developed and tested by Funk and colleagues in the US. Then adapted and used in numerous projects
in the UK.

I would be grateful to you if you are aware of a validated questionnaire that address the barriers, facilitators, or perspectives of clinicians regarding guidelines
implementation. I found several questionnaires, but none is validated?
