Future Directions Conference 2014

Global Graduates: Enabling Flexible Learning

Aberystwyth University

2-3 April 2014

 

The Call for Contributions for the second Future Directions Conference Global Graduates: Enabling Flexible Learning is now open.

 

The conference will take place on 2-3 April 2014 at Aberystwyth University.

 

Future Directions encompasses the quality enhancement work being carried out in the Welsh higher education sector, which aims to enhance specific areas of the student learning experience through encouraging staff and students collectively to share current good practice and to generate ideas and models for innovation in learning and teaching.

 

Proposals for sessions are now invited in the following tracks:

 

·         Distinctive Graduates

·         Inspiring Teaching

·         Learning for Employment

·         Learner Journeys

·         Students as Partners

 

We welcome proposals from all staff that deliver and/or support learning. We would also like to encourage students to participate.

 

The deadline for the submission of proposals is Friday 29 November 2013 and completed submissions should be sent to [log in to unmask]. Submission guidelines are available here.

 

We look forward to receiving your contributions to what promises to be one of the key events for learning and teaching in Welsh higher education.
