Reality Street published Bill Griffiths’ Collected Earlier Poems (1966-80) in 2010. Extending the account through the following decade, Collected Poems & Sequences (1981-91), once again edited by Alan Halsey, collects work which will be unfamiliar to many readers - comprising poems and sequences from a prolific period in Bill's life that originally appeared in very small editions mostly from Writers Forum and his own Pirate Press and later Amra Imprint. The 426-page volume also includes a section of uncollected or previously unpublished poems. The editor provides bibliographical and textual notes.

This book is now at proof stage and will be published early in 2014, at an estimated retail price of £18 (+ £5 p&p) ($25 plus postage in the USA/Canada). This is your chance to support this important publication and receive your own advance copy at a special price of £15 (approx $24, post free). Your name will be, as usual, inscribed in the back of the book as a supporter, unless you prefer anonymity.

Additional offer: for £29, subscribe to the new volume AND receive a copy of the previously published Collected Earlier Poems as well.

If you have never been a Reality Street Supporter, here's your chance to start. If you have been, your renewal will be very welcome.

Bill Griffiths

Bill Griffiths was a poet, Anglo-Saxon scholar, book designer, small press publisher, biker, pianist, archivist and social historian.

His poetry came to prominence in the early 1970s, when he was associated with the small press poetry movement in London.

Later in his career he moved from London to North East England where he reinvigorated the study of the region’s dialect. He died in 2007 at the age of 59.
