Programming/ Statistics Manager - Manchester

PHASTAR is a specialist CRO offering statistical consultancy and clinical trial reporting services, by providing expert statisticians and programmers or managing and delivering in-house projects. Our number one priority is to ensure that the work we produce is of the highest quality: every project PHASTAR undertakes is supervised on methodology and utilises internal processes designed to ensure optimal quality. Services include production of TFLs, study design, modelling and simulation, advice on handling missing data across phase I to IV trials.

We are currently recruiting for a Programming/ Statistics Manager to independently manage a new office in Manchester. You will oversee a combination of clinical trial design and analysis, statistical consultancy and SAS programming. As well as the day to day running of the office and management of the team, you will also be expected to be directly involved in project work. You will become part of the PHASTAR management team and attend regular management meetings.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing Programming or Statistics  teams, however applications from individuals with experience leading and managing projects will also be considered. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
