Dear Mailbase

I know this query has come up several times in the past but no responses are ever posted - I am not sure if there have been no responses to this question, or if people respond privately?!
I am trying to find out if anyone still analyses CBG, or if anyone has an assay for free cortisol (serum).
We had an interesting and complex adrenocortical carcinoma patient recently with high serum cortisols but not overtly cushingoid (her presentation was with mass effects and hyperandrogenism), and an undetectable urine free cortisol, suggesting it may have been a raised CBG eg due to oestrogen secretion?

Many thanks for your help
Fiona
