> The V&A is the world's leading museum of art and design. We enrich people's lives by promoting the practice of design and increasing knowledge, understanding and enjoyment of the designed world.

> The V&A is looking for an experienced Visitor Research Officer to manage all aspects of its visitor and audience profiling and evaluation. The post holder will manage a broad range of projects including: overall V&A visitor data profiling, exhibition, event and learning programme research plus any other profiling projects which are required.
> 
> A proven understanding of statistics, attention to detail in working with large volumes of numerical data alongside good analysis, interpretation and report writing skills are essential, as is experience of the methodologies required for visitor research and evaluation in a museum environment. Experience of running a team and the ability to co-ordinate a large number of projects simultaneously is also required. Familiarity with SPSS and NVivo programmes is desirable, although training can be offered for this.
