23rd Council for Hospitality Management Education (CHME) Annual Conference, 28th-30th May 2014

The University of Derby will host the 23rd CHME annual research conference at their Buxton Campus.

We invite submission of papers from tourism, events, leisure and hospitality researchers on the following themes:


· Hospitality management (including spa, wellness, leisure, foodservice, events and tourism management);

· Critical and cultural studies of hospitality (and related fields);

· Learning, teaching and assessment in hospitality, tourism and events management education;

· The role of technological innovation in hospitality, tourism and events; and

· The role of employers in hospitality, tourism and event management education.

The deadline for submitting full papers and posters is Friday the 20th of December 2013.
