Are you an admin in VOMS? If so, file a ticket requesting it and asking for it to be assigned to the operations portal (which doesn't use VOMS for this AIUI). If you aren't an admin in VOMS, file a ticket against Manchester explaining the situation and Robert Frank will be along to help.
