Dear Marlene,

It's not possible to have inputs in different nodes for different conditions in DCM-IR. You could just fit each condition separately and then do statistics on connectivity matrices.

Best,

Dear experts,

in the current implementation of DCM for EEG/induced responses in spm12, it appears to me, that it is not possible to assign in one model different Input matrices C for different effects. For example, I have effect 1 and effect 2 that I contrast in the experiment and one timepoint as onset. Per default, the C-Matrix consists of one column vector. Is there an option to allow different nodes receive an Input for effect 1 and effect 2??

Thanks for ídeas!
