Hi, I was looking at the longitudinal VBM8 job file, and in the final realignment step (corresponding to Realignment3 in the VBM8 manual, figure 4) the input files are the p1 images, entered twice. Should the second input file be the p2 images? I am using vbm8_r235. Thanks, Myrlene
