The Deformations Utility allows inverses of deformation fields to be computed and applied to images. Via the Batch system, go to the SPM pulldown, and you'll find "Deformations" in the "Util" menu. The exact options you use will depend on which SPM version you are running, but to generate an inverse deformation, you will need
