Hi all,

I've been trying to make the jump to the segment option in SPM12b, so as to use the (seemingly) enhanced clean-up tools relative to SPM new segment, in particular the option to use progressive warping regularisation.

However, whenever I try running it, I get the error posted at the bottom of the mail. This occurs for scans from several different subjects, and across datasets. These images all work fine with SPM8 New Segment.

System is Ubuntu Linux, with Matlab R2013a.

Any help much appreciated.

Best,
Haakon
