Dear SPM experts,

I would like to examine whether 'Task A' could modulate neural correlations between areas using PPI.

I have data of 4 experiments. Each experiment included different subjects.

Each experiment includes each own tasks except [Task A and control].

(For example, experiment a has task A, x, y, z, control; experiment b has task A, b, c, control; experiment c has task A, g, h, i, control; …..)

Is it possible that I could use these 4 experiments to perform PPI to detect whether 'Task A' could modulate neural correlations between areas?

Any advice will be highly appreciated.
