Hello, Using SPM5, I'm trying to run a simple 3 group ANOVA, entering the contrast [1 0 -1] to look at a specific comparison between the 1st and 3rd groups. When I load the SPM.mat created by BPM, I get a completely blank design matrix, and hence a subsequently blank image. This also happens when running an ANCOVA or a correlation - each time the design matrix of the SPM.mat is blank. Has anyone else come across this? Thanks, William
