Dear Yingying, Pierre and Chao-Gan,
Thanks for your enthusiastic help, and thank you very much!
I learned the scripts wrote by Zuo Xi-nian and Yan Chao-Gan, but I couldn't run it successfully, the error messages appeared as follows:
Error using y_ICC_Image (line 18)
Not enough input arguments.

       My files organised as follows:
In the working directory D:\ICC, there are two groups of normalized NIfTI images in D:\ICC\Group1Dir and D:\ICC\Group2Dir, and y_ICC_Image.m.

         Looking forward for your help!
        Thank you!
                                                                     Heart.

I copied the wrong link for the toolbox. The code of Xinian Zuo is here:

I believe it's the code used in Zuo et al., Neuroimage 2010

I hope this helps,

Dear experts,
I want to calculate the intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC)  between 2 groups of images in voxel-wiseis there any toolbox ran on Matlab could achieve it?
Thank you very much! Any infomation would be greatly appreciated!
