Dear SPM users, I have a very basic problem with the contrasts for flexible factorial. I've tried searching for answers but everything seems gibberish to me... Namely, I dont understand what contrasts weights that are typed such as "ones(1,n1)/n1" or "ones(1,n1)/n1 zeros(1,n2)" mean. I mean, am I supposed to type that into somewhere in the contrast manager or a script? Or replace something with my own parameters? I'm totally lost. I have a design with two groups (18 participants / group) and two sessions and would like to compare the magnitude of changes from session 1 to session 2 between the groups. Thanks for your help in advance.
