Hello SPM, I have two sets of non-EPI real & and imaginary field map images, so If I enter the images along with their TEs and hit calculate in the top panel of the fieldmap toolbox, I should be good to simply use the generated vdm5_ image in "Realign&Unwarp" without messing with the bottom panel at all? Allso the phase direction for my EPI time series is listed as "COL" in the header, which means y direction(AP), correct? /Andreas
