Dear Donald, I have some questions about peak_nii. 1- Can I get broadman areas using peak_nii? If yes how? 2- When I compare for example the produced coordinates at the corrected cluster level using spm and peak_nii, I find that there are more coordinates are defined using peak_nii. Can you please explain why ? 3- If I have a symmetric template ( downloaded from MNI website), can I still use the labeling by peak_nii and other labeling software? 4- what is the atlas that is used to do the labeling in peak_nii?
