A Professional Membership organisation in Central London is recruiting for two newly-created positions. 

You will use your strong staff management skills to oversee a team responsible for a range of duties which will include a combination of case administration, processing incoming post, document scanning, clinical records processing, maintaining case files, solving errors relating to electronic case records processing, indexing and summarising documents, and processing email correspondence. One position will take responsibility for hardcopy document management, the second for electronic document management.

You will be responsible for motivating a team of between five and nine, supporting their development, ensuring they work to targets, as well as performance management.

Previous experience of managing mid-sized teams is essential, preferably gained within a document management or other process driven setting. Competitive salary.
