Record-keeping in the digital age with log-katsu - The Japan News
Log-katsu refers to recording one’s daily diet, exercise and domestic
finance with digital devices. It has become popular as users can craft a
plan for the future or analyze their lifestyle based on the records stored.
Also, via the Internet, they can get relevant advice from others or compare
their achievements and performance, such as the distance they ran, with
other users. Since digital devices today have become so handy, log-katsu
can be done easily and turn into a habit.
