The Kensington Solemate Plus is height adjustable as well as tiltable. Not sure if it would give enough height adjustment for someone of 4'11". Or there's this one http://www.posturite.co.uk/posture-supports/foot-rests/posturite-height-adjustable-footrest.html. which does.

In a previous life where my employer had carpenters on the premises we got them to make tailor made ones for staff of shorter stature. Not very glamorous but functional.

Does anyone have a suggestion for an extra height footrest? The employee is 4’11 with short legs and a long body. She therefore needs her chair raised quite high and her feet just dangle!
