Hi Heather Every day is a schoolday in our job isn't it and no two days the same! Have you tried contacting someone like ansell or regent (or whoever manufactures the gloves) they may be able to make specific ones using a mould of the individuals hand. Wont be cheap - maybe AtW or shaw trust, could help with costs as if the person qualifies as a worker in that environment it is likely they will order more than one box a year. realistically the person is still pre employment! Additionally if it is a student, maybe student services can pull on their contacts for "disabled" students to secure funding. I know you are not looking for a prosthesis but aprosthetics person could help - they may have contacts who make specific gloves. I suspect there is someone who may know someone out there! it may even be arco!
