Hi, does anyone have a copy of this book that they would be willing to make a copy of the chapter headings or similar, the book is

The diseases of tropical climates and their treatment: with hints for the preservation of health in the tropics. By James Africanus Beale Horton, originally published in 1874, revised edition in 1879.

My reader is a retired professor of Haematology with a particular interest in Sickle Cell Anaemia, he believes that the original description of this particular disease is within the pages of the book, before the term sickle cell anaemia was actually coined by Dr James Herrick in 1910. The British Library do have a copy of the book, but being 130 years old it is not a loanable item, it does however mean there are no copyright restrictions, but they want £35.29 per 100 pages scanned. Without knowing the pagination, chapters etc I cannot make a formal request. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
