Berkshire Healthcare Foundation Trust is currently advertising a vacancy for a band 5 Librarian post, based in Reading.



The successful candidate will have a degree or equivalent in librarianship or information science and preferably previous experience in a healthcare library setting. Good IT and communication skills, experience of literature searching and delivering training in addition to knowledge of new and emerging technologies for library service development and promotion are essential. The job also involves taking shared responsibility for developing outreach services and taking forward our current awareness services.
