Position Title: Junior Support Consultant (with German)

GeoWise is part of the ESRI group and creates innovative software to simplify and enhance the management and presentation of geography and statistics in Rich Internet applications. Our award winning InstantAtlas software is widely used in the UK and abroad.
 
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Support team. The Support team participates in a wide range of activities including the delivery of pre- and post-sales technical support, software testing and the creation of user documentation.
 
The successful candidate will work within the Support team to provide customer support for our InstantAtlas software. They will be liaising with senior management and in contact with clients, mainly by phone and email.
 
Roles & Responsibilities
 
  1. Deliver pre/post-sales technical support
  2. Deliver software training
  3. Creation of user documentation in both English and German
  4. Translation of software interface text and documentation from English to German
  5. Software testing following existing test plans
 
To be eligible for this position you need:
 
 
Occasional travel may be necessary.
