I would be very grateful if you could help me with the following:

I am doing an analysis with different kinds of acquisitions (Flair, T2, T1, fMRI and DTI). As my other acquisitions have a 2mm resolution...I thought about resampling the  FMRIB58_FA_1mm template to 2mm resolution...but I do not know if this is possible....and how can I achieve this. If I use ApplyXFM I think I can not use identity transformation based on voxel dimensions because I do not have the dimensions of the new template...I thought about using dimensions of MNI152_T1_2mm_brain...but I am quite unsure about this.....

Is it correct to try this?

If it is correct, any one could help me?
