Hi - couple of questions:

- why is there a "d" in the mmthresh option?

- people don't generally use d=0 autodimensionality estimation at group level - more common to specify how many components you want - e.g. 30 / 50 / etc.   This will impact the RAM required.

Steve.

Hi Steve,

Thank you for you answer.  I am running the program on an 64 bit OS.

Here is my melodic command line:
melodic -i .filelist_95_subjects_filtered_func_2standard -o outputfile -v --nobet --bgthreshold 10 -- tr2.0 --report --guireport=report.html --bgimage=MNI_2mm_brain -d 0 --mmthresh=0.05d --Ostat -a concat

Here is a paste excerpt from the output report, which I think is what you are asking?:
Normalising jointly by voxel-wise variance...done
Initial data size: 294 x 231866
Model order: 142

Have others run data with this many subjects?  Did they use a special machine or alter the program?

Thank you,
Varina
