Hi Naomi,

We in Wales are no longer required to list AB registration numbers on QL, however when we did we used to complete AW19 field (Exam Board Identifier).  It may be, though, that the structure of QL Awards dataset for English institutions is different.

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone who uses QL could advise where they store student registration numbers on QL. We import City and Guilds ENR numbers back but we want to put BTEC numbers and other reg number for different awarding bodies but not sure where/if we should store them.

Advice appreciated.

thanks from a very weary, Naomi!!
