Best Bent Call for Papers: Regional Issue, 2015: India - welfare in a rapid developing economy This regional issue of Social Policy & Administration will focus on India a rapid developing economy in Asia. The ambition is to analyze and present how India's has developed its welfare policy given the economic development, but also demographic challenges. What are the strong and weak points in India's welfare policies is the central topic of this regional issue. Focus can be on a specific social policy element (for example employment, pension, work-life balance, social assistance or financing) or it can be also be articles comparing India with other countries.
