The Department of Biochemistry at
the University of Washington School of Medicine invites applications
for two full time tenure track positions as Assistant Professors. Each position is an outstanding opportunity to establish a vigorous program in structural biology that involves protein crystallography, protein
NMR, and/or high resolution electron microscopy studies aimed at furthering our understanding of the three-dimensional structures, mechanisms of action, and functions of macromolecular biomolecules and assemblies. A
special-purpose electron microscopy suite with modern cryo-scopes is already in place and numerous high-field NMR spectrometers with both solution- and solid-state capabilities are available. Applicants should have a Ph.D., M.D., or foreign equivalent, with
