I remember seeing an approx (5mm)^3 haemoglobin crystal in the MRC LMB crystal growing room, and the nucleosome crystals there were almost as big in their longest dimension.

I am aware that for neutron protein crystallography one usually needs crystals with mm dimensions. I have found some information on crystallization under micro-gravity and how this can enlarge the crystal size. However, I would rather be interested in the dimensions for crystals obtained from a regular lab setup.
