Hi, all I have crystals of a membrane protein. They are rectangular plate shape. When I shoot x-ray beam perpendicular to the plate, it diffracts up to 3.2A, but when I shoot x-ray beam parallel to the plate it diffracts with significant anisotropic pattern.
