Workshop content:*

This training workshop will explore the practical steps and give you the 
basic tools needed to start a records management programme in your 
institution without having to invest in expensive solutions. The 
sessions are highly interactive and tailored specifically to the Arts & 
Heritage Sector.

The facilitators are experts in the field who have between them over 20 
years of experience managing records in a variety of Arts & Heritage 
organisations. They presented the highly successful 'Nuts & Bolts of 
Records Management' training programme offered by Renaissance & the 
London Museums Hub. Charlotte Brunskill is co-author of /Records 
Management for Museums & Galleries: an Introduction/(pub. Chandos, April 
2012)
