My staff has just shared the below with me – I am sure all labs have a collection of these and it would make a nice light-hearted reading in a Xmas edition of a medical journal:

·         A request form for bloods from a nun (Sister XXX from XXX convent) and her clinical details were “decreased libido”.

·         The other one simply had the following clinical details written exactly in this way “finger discloration and no heart beatings”.
